Police are searching for a man in his 60s who allegedly robbed a Long Island bank.
The robbery took place around 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb 27, in West Babylon, said the Suffolk County Police.
According to detectives, a man entered the People’s United Bank, at 955 Little East Neck Road, and handed a teller a note demanding cash.
The teller complied with the demand and gave the man cash from the drawer.
The man then fled on a bicycle, northbound on Little East Neck Road, police said.
The man is described as being, white, around 60 years old, 5-feet-10 and was wearing glasses, a wool hat and a green winter jacket.
